If you are a patient or healthcare professional and noticed an unwanted reaction to a product we distribute, please report it here. Every report is reviewed and forwarded to the marketing authorization holder and the health authority as required.

Only where necessary: with the product’s marketing authorization holder and the health authority for adverse event reports, and with hosting and email providers bound by confidentiality. Some of these providers may be located outside Guatemala.
For as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship. Pharmacovigilance reports are kept for the period required by applicable health regulations.
